U.S. Representative Lloyd Doggett (D-Austin) joined fellow Democrats on the House Floor to demand the Republican majority do their jobs and pay America's bills.
As of this week, all 213 House Democrats have signed a discharge petition to extend the debt limit without new restrictions, as was previously done multiple times under the former administration.
