Rep. Allen Supports the HALT Fentanyl Act

WASHINGTON, May 26 -- Rep. Rick Allen, R-Georgia, issued the following news release:
The House of Representatives passed H.R. 467, the HALT Fentanyl Act, which would permanently reschedule fentanyl-related substances as Schedule I drugs. Congressman Allen, a proud original cosponsor of the legislation, issued the following statement after supporting the bill on the House floor:
"Fentanyl-related substances are being manufactured by China and the cartels and pouring . . .
