INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, May 25 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana, Zachary A. Myers, issued the following news release on May 24, 2023:
James H. Cox, 45, of Kentucky, has been sentenced to 3.5 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to two counts of wire fraud, one count of filing a false federal income tax return, and two counts of failure to file a federal income tax return.
