WASHINGTON, May 25 -- Rep. Kathy Manning, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release:

Representatives Kathy Manning (D-NC), Maria Salazar (R-FL), Veronica Escobar (D-TX), Jenniffer Gonzalez (R-PR), Hillary Scholten (D-MI) and Lori Chavez-DeRemer (R-OR) introduced the bipartisan Dignity Act of 2023, to fix our nation's broken immigration system. This historic bill is the first serious bipartisan immigration solution proposed by Congress in over a decade.
