Ohio EPA will hold an in-person (and virtual) information session and public hearing to discuss an application for a water quality certification that if approved, would allow the city of Conneaut to discharge water from dredge material processed at the proposed Conneaut Creek Dredge Reclamation Facility, 950 Ford Ave.
