Governor Ned Lamont and Labor Commissioner Dante Bartolomeo today visited Ebony Horsewomen Inc. Equestrian and Therapeutic Center in Hartford to highlight one of the many employers participating in the Connecticut Youth Employment Program and to encourage young adults to enroll in the program, particularly as schools dismiss for the summer months.
