SAN ANTONIO, Texas, May 24 -- The U.S. Attorney, Jaime Esparza, for the Western District of Texas issued the following news release:

Tracy S. Tommack, DVM, a veterinarian located in San Antonio, has agreed to pay $85,000 to settle a lawsuit filed by the United States in October 2022.
