Congresswoman Dina Titus, a founding member of the bipartisan Colorado River Caucus, issued the following statement after the Lower Colorado River Basin States announced a framework for an agreement that would conserve water in Lake Mead until 2026:
"Given the Colorado River Basin's rapidly changing water levels, all Basin states face a pressing need . . .
