Last week, Oshkosh-area state legislator Michael Schraa took to Twitter to lash out against critics of the Assembly GOP's shared revenue plan.
Apparently upset by a recent column breaking down the Assembly GOP's plan and its impact on Wisconsin municipalities, Schraa bizarrely told one critic to "come on up out of your Moms dark dank basement bud" . . .
