RIFLE, Colorado, May 23 -- The Colorado House Democrats issued the following news release:

Governor Polis signed Senator Dylan Roberts, D-Avon, and Representative Barbara McLachlan's, D-Durango, bipartisan bill to foster economic development in rural communities.

SB23-006, also sponsored by Senator Janice Rich, R-Grand Junction, and Rep. Marc Catlin, R-Montrose, formally creates the Rural Opportunity Office (ROO) within the Office of Economic Development and Intern . . .
