HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, May 20 -- Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry issued the following news release on May 19, 2023:
Attorney General Henry today announced a settlement with New York-based Fluent, LLC and its subsidiaries, for their role in allegedly causing millions of unwanted telemarketing calls to be placed to Pennsylvania residents.
