LANCASTER, Pennsylvania, May 19 (TNSper) -- Franklin and Marshall College issued the following news:

Andrew D. Stelljes, Ph.D. has been appointed as Franklin & Marshall's new vice president of student affairs. He will begin his duties July 5.
