HONOLULU, Hawaii, May 18 -- Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release on May 17, 2023:
Under budget and ahead of schedule, 11 new public preschool classrooms are slated to open across the state this August. Lt.
