RALEIGH, North Carolina, May 18 -- North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein issued the following news release on May 17, 2023:
Attorney General Josh Stein today reached a $150,000 settlement with Compassionate Counseling Services in Rockingham to resolve allegations that the company submitted false claims to the North Carolina Medicaid program. The settlement funds will be returned to the program.
