ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, May 12 -- Bernalillo County issued the following news release:
The Bernalillo County Public Works Division has approved new guidance for stormwater management in solar array facilities.
With the passage of the 2019 New Mexico Energy Transition Act and the 2021 Community Solar Act, interest in development of large-scale solar facilities in rural areas is growing and encouraged by Bernalillo County to strengthen and diversify energy resources.
