AUSTIN, Texas, May 12 -- The Lower Colorado River Authority issued the following news release:
The Shiner Academic and Athletic Foundation will install a new heating and air-conditioning system in the old Shiner High School gym, thanks to a $25,000 grant from the Lower Colorado River Authority and the City of Shiner.
The Community Development Partnership Program grant, along with $13,500 in matching funds from the foundation, will create a more comfortable and safer env . . .
