Rep. Don Bacon (NE-02) issued a statement regarding his yes vote on H.R. 2 the Secure the Border Act of 2023:
"Our border is hard broke under this Administration.
"A thousand migrants died last year crossing the border, nearly 100,000 Americans died from Fentanyl, and half of the women coming to the United States are sexually assaul . . .
