PORTLAND, Oregon, May 12 (TNSres) -- The Bonneville Power Administration issued the following news release:
A dry, cold winter drove higher than expected power purchase expenses resulting in the Bonneville Power Administration's current net revenue forecast of negative $396 million, which is $101 million below this year's performance target.
