SALEM, Oregon, May 12 -- The Oregon State Legislature issued the following news release on May 11, 2023:
Republican leadership met with Democrat leadership this morning for the second day in a row.
"Following Wednesday's leadership meeting, at my request, President Wagner agreed not to hold floor sessions this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It is my hope that this will give us time to work out a legitimate agreement that will benefit all Oregonians.
