SAN DIEGO, California, May 12 (TNStalk) -- The American Public Health Association issued the following statement on May 11, 2023, by Executive Director Georges C. Benjamin on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's proposal to reduce carbon emissions from the power sector:
