The House passed Environment Subcommittee Ranking Member Deborah Ross' (NC-02) legislation that will help improve weather forecasting and prediction. The Advanced Weather Model Computing Development Act directs the Department of Energy (DOE) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to conduct collaborative research that will tap DOE's computing resource . . .
