WASHINGTON, May 10 -- Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Representative Virginia Foxx (R-NC) announced the introduction of the Justice for Victims of Open Borders Act, a bill that would yield targeted reforms to grant disbursements through the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) so that states must give priority to victims of violent crimes committed by people who are in the United States illegally:
