LEXINGTON, Kentucky, May 10 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky, Carlton S. Shier IV, issued the following news release on May 9, 2023:
A Lexington investment advisor and attorney, Douglas Hawkins, was sentenced to 120 months in prison Tuesday, by U.S. District Judge Karen Caldwell, for investment advisor fraud, securities fraud, and two counts of mail fraud.
