WASHINGTON, May 10 -- Sen. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release and letter:
Senator Ted Budd (R-NC) has joined a letter to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) opposing, "any bill that raises the debt ceiling without substantive spending and budget reforms."
The letter was signed by 43 Senators.
