WASHINGTON, May 10 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), a member of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense, today announced a $598,000 Defense Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (DEPSCoR) grant from the U.S. Department of Defense to West Virginia University (WVU).
