WASHINGTON, May 10 -- Sen. Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, issued the following news release and letters:
U.S. Senators Mike Crapo, Jim Risch (both R-Idaho), Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Mississippi) and James Lankford (R-Oklahoma) sent letters to seven major U.S. pharmacies outlining the companies' obligations under federal and state laws--including longstanding federal laws that criminalize the mailing and interstate shipment of abortion drugs--regarding the sale of abortion drugs.
