"Bobby" Scott (VA-03) released the following statement after the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that the economy added 253,000 jobs in April, as the unemployment rate ticked down from 3.5 percent to 3.4 percent. Since taking office, President Biden has created 12.7 million jobs.
