DENVER, Colorado, May 6 -- The Colorado Senate Democrats issued the following news release:
Senator Sonya Jaquez Lewis', D-Longmont, bill to make restroom amenities more accessible in government buildings for people of any gender identity, those who have an infant, and those who require accessible restrooms, was approved by the full Senate.
HB23-1057 would require any new construction or restroom renovation of a qualifying public building to include a non-gendered restr . . .
