U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Chairman of the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, sent letters to six large banks that offer voice authentication services, outlining concerns that artificial intelligence (AI) generated voice clips can allow fraudulent actors to break into customers' accounts.
