WASHINGTON, April 29 -- Rep. Veronica Escobar, D-Texas, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Veronica Escobar (TX-16) introduced H.R. 2939, the Pigs in Gestation Stalls Act of 2023 (PIGS Act).
