WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, Pennsylvania, April 29 (TNSres) -- ASTM International, formerly the American Society for Testing and Materials, which develops and publishes voluntary consensus technical standards for materials, products, systems and services, issued the following news release:

ASTM International's concrete and concrete aggregates committee (C09) is developing a proposed standard specification for a broad range of supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs).
