Lesko Reintroduces Legislation to Simplify Hydrogen Permitting Process

WASHINGTON, April 28 -- Rep. Debbie Lesko, R-Arizona, issued the following news release:
U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (AZ-08) reintroduced the Hydrogen Permitting Simplification Act to streamline the hydrogen permitting process for federal hydrogen programs if the programs utilize zero-carbon emission sources. Lesko also introduced this legislation in the 117th Congress.
