OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, April 28 -- Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond issued the following news release:
Attorney General Gentner Drummond and several parties representing customer interests have entered into a joint stipulation and settlement agreement with Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) regarding its pending application for approval of six capacity projects.
