This week, U.S. Senators Reverend Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and Jerry Moran (R-KS) introduced the bipartisan Love Lives On Act, comprehensive legislation that will allow spouses of deceased servicemembers to retain survivor benefits upon remarriage.
