WASHINGTON, April 24 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on a joint resolution (H.J.Res. 39) disapproving the rule submitted by the Department of Commerce that temporarily suspends the collection of certain duties on imports of solar cells and modules from Southeast Asian countries Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.

The resolution was introduced by Rep. Bill Posey, R-Florida, and 10 cosponsors.
