WASHINGTON, April 27 (TNSgov) -- George Washington University issued the following news:
The Biden Administration will soon announce a proposal that would require power plants to drastically cut greenhouse gas emissions by 2040. According to The Washington Post, the proposal is still under final analysis and could change before the White House makes an official announcement.
