WASHINGTON, April 27 -- Rep. Diana Harshbarger, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release on April 26, 2023:

Yesterday, Congresswoman Diana Harshbarger introduced H.R. 2816, the PBM Sunshine and Accountability Act, a bipartisan bill which will establish new, public reporting requirements for Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), to ensure that patients, providers, and employers are able to make informed, cost-efficient, and value-based PBM choices.
