WASHINGTON, April 26 -- Rep. Robert C. Scott, D-Virginia, issued the following news release on April 25, 2023:
House Education and the Workforce Committee Ranking Member Bobby Scott (VA-03) and Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-01), along with a group of bipartisan Members, announced the introduction of the National Apprenticeship Act of 2023.
