DES MOINES, Iowa, April 22 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa, Richard D. Westphal, issued the following news release:
A federal grand jury in Des Moines returned an indictment on April 19, 2023, charging a Clive man with seventeen counts of mail and wire fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, and two counts of money laundering over $10,000.
