LANSING, Michigan, April 22 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on April 21, 2023:

The newly comprised Michigan State University (MSU) Board of Trustees declined to hold a vote on the release of over 6,000 documents related to Larry Nassar. Last week, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued a renewed request for full transparency in handing over all documents regarding the serial sexual predator, who the University employed for 19 years.
