NEWARK, New Jersey, April 21 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Philip R. Sellinger, issued the following news release on April 20, 2023:

Two former residents of Monmouth County, New Jersey, who allegedly obtained approximately $3.75 million in federal pandemic-related loans have been indicted, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced today.

Jean Rabbitt, 52, and Kevin Aguilar, 52, both of Sherman, Texas, and both previously of Farmingdale, New Jers . . .
