WASHINGTON, April 21 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release and letter:
U.S. Senators Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), 9 additional Senators, and 52 Representatives sent a letter to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Chair Lina Khan, urging the agency to move forward with their proposed rule banning noncompete agreements to give approximately 30 million Americans the opportunity to change jobs and create new businesses.< . . .
