WASHINGTON, April 20 -- Rep. Jennifer McClellan, D-Virginia, issued the following news release on April 19, 2023:
Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) voted against H.J.Res. 42, a House disapproval resolution to nullify Washington, D.C.'s Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act.
President Biden stated he would veto H.J.Res. 42.
