Yesterday, U.S. Representative Tracey Mann (KS-01) voted in favor of overriding President Biden's veto of H.J. Res 27, a resolution under the Congressional Review Act to demand a review of President Biden's Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule, which removes longstanding bipartisan exemptions for common water features like ponds and streams found on private property.
