WASHINGTON, April 19 -- Rep. Henry C. 'Hank' Johnson Jr., D-Georgia, issued the following news release and letter on April 17, 2023:

Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04), ranking member of the House Judiciary Subcommittee that oversees the courts, and 34 House colleagues sent a letter today calling for immediate hearings and floor vote on H.R. 926, the Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency (SCERT) Act.
