U.S. Senators Chris Van Hollen and Ben Cardin (both D-Md.) joined Senators Jeff Merkley (D-Wash.) and Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) and their colleagues in introducing the bipartisan, bicameral Ending Trading and Holdings in Congressional Stocks (ETHICS) Act.
