WASHINGTON, April 18 -- Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions (TX-17) introduced H.R. 2622, Mifid II, to codify a Securities and Exchange Commission no-action letter that currently excludes brokers and dealers compensated for research services defined as an investment adviser.
