After listening to the concerns of First District constituents, Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01) has introduced new legislation, theNo Taxation on PFAS Remediation Act, which would remove federal taxes on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination reimbursements.
