Texas U.S. Attorney: Richmond Woman Guilty of Falsifying Home Health Records

HOUSTON, Texas, April 14 -- U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas, Alamdar S. Hamdani, issued the following news release:

A 52-year-old Richmond resident has pleaded guilty to four counts of falsifying medical records, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.

Pate Opara admitted that from February 2018 through July 2019 she repeatedly created fake medical records in response to Medicare requests for information.
