WASHINGTON, April 14 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on April 13, 2023:
Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) visited the Hamlin-Lincoln County Public Library in Hamlin, West Virginia. During her visit, Congresswoman Miller donated 500 books from the Library of Congress and sat down with elementary students for a reading. She was also joined by a special guest Curator, Randall Reid-Smith.
